The challenge was to reimagine a platform trusted by Fortune 100 brands — modernizing the UX, clarifying the brand story, and designing a system built to scale without additional headcount. The redesigned product was projected to save over $8 million in operating costs over the next 36 months, and support an immediate hiring freeze.

To solve for inefficiencies and prepare Influential for scale, we designed a system that dramatically reduced reliance on manual campaign management. The platform introduced custom dashboards tailored to each team’s needs and brand identity, with dedicated interfaces for brands, influencers, and campaign managers. Upgraded, easy-to-read data visualizations now turn performance insights into clear actionable insights. Most importantly, the system was architected to grow seamlessly—enabling scale without adding headcount.
